private dining options 7 days a week at the property’s South Tower Terrace Deck with views overlooking the bay. Chef Richard is also
charged with creating 4-course dinners, prepared daily, every day of the week. Of course, if you’re not a big fan of what’s one the menu,
the kitchen takes requests, too. And, if you prefer a more personal touch, he can create personalized menus for your family, shop for all
the ingredients and prepare meals inside your kitchen. Having grown up on his family’s farm, Chef Richard realized from a young age the
