Don’t worry — they’re safe with him. “A bartender is like your BFF,” he says. “I once introduced a guy who was alone to a lady who was heartbroken. They ended up getting married. They came back a year later on their anniversary to thank me.” In the end, he believes his job grants him a unique opportunity: “I want to connect, build and grow with our universe and people…it’s all about evolution,” he says. “Making ‘drinks’ or ‘cocktails,’ whatever anyone wants to call them, is easy. However, taking care of people while you’re doing that?
